We deliver all order with Great Care to make sure your order will deliver in good condition and well decorated manner to the recipient hands. We follow direct delivery system, which actually means that we are trying to deliver the order directly only the recipient hands with the help of details given to us while placing order at Florametro.

In case recipient are not present at preferred location than we try to communicate with recipient about their address or location .We avoid to deliver your orders in others hands such as neighbour, colleges, friends etc for safety and surprise purposes. In this regard we request our customers that please fill correct details about the order delivery, location, address, landmarks or whatever necessary for convince of the order delivery.

In case of incorrect information about the recipients address we are not responsible for the wrong delivery, so it is again humble request to our users please provide us accurate and correct address of the recipient.

We do not take orders for delivery at Airports and Railway stations.

We understand your emotions and love with your order, So we try to deliver your care and love to the recipient with utmost care to make sure that your love, care and presence is felt in the flowers and gifts.

We deliver order in normal working hours usually starting from 9 am to 7 pm but it varies. However, since all the service providers in different cities have different delivery schedules, we will be unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but that cannot be guaranteed either.

All our florists have local knowledge, you can be assured that they will take every care to ensure your flowers are delivered in a timely manner. If the recipient leaves for the work early and you want the gift to reach him/her only then it is always better to have the order delivered at the office address or after return back home in evening.

Cake orders cannot be delivered early morning since fresh cakes are procured from the bakery on the date of delivery only. The cake orders in summers might be delivered in the evening to avoid spoiling it. If we try to deliver in scorching heat and long distance the cake might lose the shape and taste bitter.

In short, delivery times are not guaranteed, regardless of any request.

Delivery Confirmation:

After the successful delivery you will receive an email from us confirming that your gift has been delivered. Please make sure to enter a valid email address while placing the order to ensure that you receive the confirmation. You can also check the status of your order at any time using online Order Tracking on the site which will be updated as soon as the mail is sent to you.

We don’t get the delivery confirmation just after the delivery, please wait till 6 pm as deliveries can be made until this time (at peak times - could be later).

In cases where POD (Proof of Delivery) does not come same day, you will receive the confirmation email next day but that does not imply that the order has not been delivered.

We will intimate you by email in case of attempted delivery, refused and returned by receiver or any other case which results into non-delivery.
